Return and Exchange Policy
Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. The Merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, worn, all product tags still intact and unaltered, and must be in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. All refunds will be in the same form as the payment method used to purchase the item. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting the product back to The Youth Shelter Supply. All returns and exchanges are subject to handling and/or restocking fees. If the Merchandise purchased included 'free shipping', part of the restocking fee will be used to cover the original shipping costs.

For return/ exchange inquires please call 320.656.7773 for a return authorization number, The Youth Shelter Supply will not take in any return/ exchanges without an return authorization number. Once that number has been issued, write the number on the outside of the package that you are sending the return/ exchange in.

Warranties
All Merchandise sold by The Youth Shelter Supply is covered by a warranty from the original Manufacturer. Warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and/or workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty. The Youth Shelter Supply will do its best to hold the Manufacturer accountable, and protect your rights as our Customer; but it is at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer, not The Youth Shelter Supply, as to the validity of the warranty, and to either repair or replace defective Merchandise.

Labor and shipping costs are not covered under any warranty, and the shipping and handling charges associated with any warranty will be the responsibility of the Consumer.

If you have a legitimate warranty, phone us at 320.656.7773 or email ironfist@theyouthsheltersupply.com. The Youth Shelter Supply will obtain a Return Authorization number, and the shipping address of where the warranty needs to be sent to for you. After that, you will send the product directly to the Manufacturer, labeled on the outside of the box the Return Authorization number. The Manufacturer will then return the product, repaired, replaced, or rejected to The Youth Shelter Supply, and we will send it to you. This process only applies to products purchased from this website. For more specific information, please read the manuals included in the product packaging.


Product Availability
All merchandise, inventory levels and prices on theyouthsheltersupply.com are subject to change. All orders are subject to availability, and all orders are subject to approval. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. You will be notified of any delays. If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Please understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card requires address verification, is declined, or if your billing address was entered incorrectly.


International Orders
The Youth Shelter Supply is not responsible for any costs associated with any taxes, duties, or importing fees charged to the Consumer by any foreign countries. All International Orders are responsible for all shipping and handle costs associated with all purchases.
